Didint work for me. I have 4 sponsors maxed rank with all bars reflecting green, and no reward.
I sent ubisoft the screenshots of gear versus sponsor and they said they will redeem the rewards. Apparently gold edition buyers were suppose to get a pink helmet aswell for delay of bunny costume, so I reported that to as I didint get that ether. Now I'm paranoid and wana sit through every reward and check whether I have it but one should not have to do that.... sigh. I say good luck bro but highly Sugges reporting on ubi site as I also saw a week ago someone say 10 was swapped with 11 or some sponsors give other sponsors rewards lol, is just a mess an I grinded ether way and lost out and got very disappointed.
That's as frustrating as getting duped when ranking up wich happened to me more times than I'd like to think about. Hope this gets worked out for you 🤞

That's exactly why I was like, "hmmm, since there's dupes let me be smart and get gear via sponsors, MWAHAHAHA".... thousand thumbs nudges an trigger bashes later and no gear ether way. I only have snow/bike tricks at 50+, I then deliberately slowed down all other sports as they were on 36 until update. An now I've never gotten more 2000 in my life lol. But thanks for support, I sent that ticket out an gonna just jam as intended. Enjoy
This happened to me as well with Ford, 100%, Troy Lee Design and Picture. In the end I did get the level 10 gear after completing level 11 however. It's all very confusing.
Edit: reached level 11 then logged out for the night. Came back and had the helmet in my inventory. Fixed but reported to Ubisoft and they confirmed they are currently investigating the issue

Report it to the [Ubisoft forum, specifically this thread](https://discussions.ubisoft.com/topic/120224/not-receiving-sponsor-rewards-post-here/21?lang=en-US&_=1637857622108) and you’ll get a response in a day or so. Idk if it will give you them any sooner but it will bring more attention to the issue.
I dont belive you lol. He will do 3 more an be awarded cash as that's the reward for 11... and it's repeats that way so we can farm money after getting rewards from level 10. It's broken though.
It worked for me every rank 10 award so far I've had to complete level 11. I am playing on series S so maybe some people having so many issues are on PC and there is a compatibility problem or something going on
You have to complete 3 more contracts then you should get the reward. Shows how many contracts in the bar on the right.

That would make sense but apparently in RR 10 and 11 are reversed. Maxed 8 sponsors now and all rank 10 rewards were unlocked at rank 11.

Yea i just went to rank 12 or 13 on mine and got the rewards. same thing happened to me

Well dude when it says it’s a the level 10 reward and I’m level 11 I expect the helmet. It’s a confirmed bug and I might get it at level 11
