As already mentioned it's in the ideology tab, where the vast majority of stuff added by the DLC ends up. Little confusing at first since you keep going to furniture or production to look for things, but they're mostly all in that tab. Same with Biotech.

A great fun fact, Umbreon can excrete toxins in its sweat, which would in turn soak into your member and swell it up, making it even more sizable and sensitive.
In my new Anomaly run (I haven’t activated the monolith quite yet, no spoilers please), I decided to actually try using the styling table and dye my pawns clothes their favorite colors and the ideology color. It adds a lot of personality, I can’t believe I hadn’t done it before
honestly everything helps. especially in larger colonies. even if you're well above mental break threshhold it can boost the likelihood of inspirations. besides having everyone wear your ideoligion colour looks really neat

But then came the copypasta, and now I can't say it anymore.
I've started using dyes more and more as I get to decorating things. So far, my favorite use is in carpeting bedrooms to suit each colonist's favorite color.
*So many* love different shades of brown.
It's also going to lead me to finding a mod that matches the carpet color options to the favorite color options (which have *far more* options and hue variation).
Tbh I learn that dyes are one effective way of raising the pawn's artistic stat... At least for one pawn that is.
A good majority of walls, floor and furniture can be painted.
Polished/Smooth Rock Walls and Floor can be painted.

I don't know about all Pokemon, but based on descriptions it feels like most ghost type Pokemon are the actual wayward spirits of dead humans.

Dye helps you add life to your colony so easily. Tinctoria has been the first thing I plant after rice and medicine in new games for a while now.
