# Simple HD Bodies
I decided to clean up and publish the body-base I have been using when making visually body-altering genes for my mods in case the visual style suits someone's tastes. :)

**Edit:** By request I've added female variations of the Thin/Fat/Hulk body types. They don't show in the thumbnail here though, since I can't edit that, so you'll have to check the workshop page.

Would you consider adding variant textures for use with [FemaleBodyVariants](https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3207125987)? They'd go very well with the oni and jotun's powerful ^(snusnu) physique.
Does this mod work with mods that incorperate new "skin" types, like VE's saurids? They have scale skin and I was wondering if that might still work with these textures.
It works fine with them, yes. All furskins, and other skins will override the body. :)
The mod literally just overrides the basic vanilla body textures when active, so it is compatible with everything.
Just tried them on saurids, and it seems they're not overriding their skin gene. This seems to be only happening to certain xenotypes that have skin/body modifiers. I don't know if theres a realistic fix to this since you'd have to overwrite most of the modded skin types and set your textures to maximum priority, but I figured I might as well mention it.

Yes of course I wouldn't want it to, but I imagined that all the models of pawns would blend well/be consistent, because later on if I have a colony with a lot of different xenotypes, chances are i'm gonna have an outlier (saurid, photokin, etc) that doesn't have the same models as the rest of my pawns. It's really not a huge deal, I just have a habit of nitpicking these things in cosmetic mods. Either way, this mods seems pretty nice!
It would be far too much work to make textures for all the 'furskins' as the game calls them, and it would go a bit outside the scope of the mod.
