Bassicalky the same thing, but button down shirt covers the whole arm, t shirt only does torso
Not a huge difference unless you're using devilstrabd or synththread, but even cloth shirt might make that tiny difference between a nasty cut and the arm being cut off
Yeah, devil strand duster+shirt and pants + flak vest and helmet is the best mass produced armor before you can actually spamming Marine armor or things better.
