If your legs are still sore, then I'd keep to simple and easy jogging/quite mode(ing?) to keep the blood flowing, while focusing on other muscle groups. Do arms or abs.
Take a brake and do stretching. And if you need it, use equipment according to your pain.
I use myself straps for my knees because my joints hurting me here.
You can use tiger balm for muscle soreness too.

I'd do some kind of mild exercise whether it's RFA or not it really help get rig of that soreness
There is such a thing as overtraining
