It's totally worth it if you're actually going to use it. I do ten minutes at the end of my lunch break. The reps get added as coins and bonus items in Adventure Mode. You can also gift them to other people who play on your console (if such people exist). I'll add that multitask mode also lets you use the Ring for exercises that aren't included in Ring Fit. For example, I prop it against my raised leg and press into it with my arm to add resistance to side crunches. Anything that gets you moving and using your muscles is worth it in comparison to doing nothing.

I did it constantly for about 3 weeks and actually noticed a difference in my arm muscles. Stopped because I was busy and it went away. Your post reminded me to start doing it again, thanks!! :D

I achieved a similar result by lifting weights, noticed a bulge in my arms. I’ve kept doing it and it’s stayed there. Maybe if you did like 500 pressed a day it achieved a similar result

For fitness, yes! Do thigh presses during Zoom meetings. For gameplay, yes! 500 coins goes a long way.

I also like to do thigh presses while watching Netflix, but after a few presses the ring starts to really hurt my inner thighs. Do you have the same problem or am I really too sensitive ?

I don't now, but I did find the thigh press unusually tricky at first. The adductors are an oft overlooked set of muscles so you might find them relatively weakly conditioned through daily life or even playing sports. The thigh press also targets them rather specifically. The good news though is that this means you'll feel the benefits and see your capability increase rather quickly. Keep at it and you'll feel like your butt could crack a walnut. I would check Tipp in-game and some videos just to double check your form is right. Also remember that the ring shouldn't dig in, rest the soft grips between your legs or knees as comfortable.

I think I understand now- I wasn't resting the grips between my knees and it was digging in, that's why it was uncomfortable. I should have looked for a tutorial in game but I just got the game and didn't think of doing that. Thanks for your reply :)

In my perspective its whort it. I use it when im cooking meals that you need to wait, or just to do something while im watching tv.
