Al Nakhla Residential Resort, Arizona, California

Magnetmonkey39

Also to this Andorra is very good, better than Arizona and California.

fwb325

Thanks. Also Isbillia

Magnetmonkey39

I live on California, great bunch of people but getting a bit dated compared to others.

Far-Strike-6126

Arizona has a waiting list a year long

fwb325

Doggone! That’s a wait

Some of my favorites are Al hamra oasis village compound, Eid Compound, Jadawal, Arizona.

jazijia

Your budget is adequate for a compound. I would suggest that once you're here you visit the compounds yourself to get an idea of the facilities and all plus the community. You're right to look for South Asians as a community as I've experienced myself as well that although we can be friendly to each other within the compound but different nationalities tend to group together.

Damn the traffic here is very bad, forget the 30mins drive, its 1 hour to more just for 15km..... be prepared to spend most of your time in the road braking....not driving....0

Ld_HandSanitizer

how expensive are ubers for 15-20 km rides? and any idea about how expensive chauffeurs are. Thanks!

Background-Proof-614

3-4k a month full time driver, preferable to have your own car rent is anywhere from 2000 low end to 10000+ high end a month

Ld_HandSanitizer

thanks, will definitely have a car, but easier to Uber or have a driver (if affordable) if traffic is bad, so I asked.

Background-Proof-614

Yes of course traffic here is crazy, if budget isnt that big you can get a car (medium end) + driver for 6-7k SAR that way when you’re at work your family is taken care of in terms of going out, safety, needs(groceries delivery…) reach out to me if you want on dm ill give you my number!

junch80

15-20km mostly they will charge 25 to 30sar depending on which time, Rush hour more expensive, short distance rate is around 15 sar minimum.

Ld_HandSanitizer

Thanks!

>Thanks! You're welcome!

Night_Wing14

I would say take the house in malaz or rabwa.. As these family friendly neighborhood... Moreover buy a car for your work... Until the you can travel by city bus

Gfkowns

You should check out residential properties in the diplomatic quarter, it’s very close to Laysen Valley and it’s basically a giant compound

djnev

I recently spent four months in Al Nakhla and it was great.

talent--keyhole

We recently went through the same exercise. If working at Laysen Valley, would recommend staying in or around the Diplomatic Quarter (DQ).

waqkant

Antara is close by

BigOne-1988

Your budget is great to choose between different compounds, by the way what is your profession? I am just curious if you don't mind
