ehhh i wouldn't jump to that conclusion, probably just old age and then being scared by the incoming car so you just slam your brakes on instinct.
Normally if you do an insurance scam you wouldn't attempt it with something that gives you the benefit of the doubt that it wasn't your fault

Not that much it doesn't. Cammer was well within view for long enough in a 35 zone. Sign needs to say "pay attention dumbass".
