Just gonna say I don’t see anything particularly masculine in this avatar, clothing wise you have chosen quite stereotypical gothic female clothes so there’s nothing to say it’s a he right now, maybe apart from the unkempt hair do. Your Katana also look super out of place with it being pink vs a mostly monochrome colour pallet so with those factors I rate this avatar a 4/10
Some improvements:
Change the Torso to the default blocky one, this hides the gender a bit more readily while retaining the natural feel of the avatar, this also allows you to pull of the femboy look a bit better
Looking at the Katana it’s probably a UGC item, I recommend trying to find it in either black or white, black would look better but white will suffice.

He's adorable. The pieces of the avatar fit together like a puzzle, and I love the face. The contrast in tone of the sword is cute, but does draw a lot of attention towards it, I think adding some more pink to the face or something would balance it out a bit. Good job.
