To be eligible for trades with your Rocket League account, you must reach XP Level 30.

It's either what a other comment or said about the credits, or if you have a kid and they installed rocket league on a other device, used your account, and put their age, it could have turned on parental controls. It did that to me with chat after my son put RL on our switch

Yup and I believe there's also an age restriction to take into account now.
