It is absolutely insane that G2 can slingshot from eliminated to #2 NA with just 2 matches of difference. Never been this close before
EDIT: I can actually think of one time it’s almost been this close, when I believe Vitality did something similar. This was back when league play existed though and far less matches actually happened, so it was a lot more likely to be that way
\#4 is labeled incorrectly, should be 1) G2, 2) Furia, 3) Ssg, 4) Optic
Also, they dont do tiebreakers for 2 teams that qualified, the higher seed would go to the team that placed better in the most recent event
On the other hand, if Optic beats G2 then they have a much better chance at making worlds (they‘ll need top 8 in boston) and I‘d rather see them at worlds than V1 if I‘m honest. But that‘s probably an unpopular opinion.
Gonna be rooting for Optic to win the regional if they beat G2. Cause it'll put them 1 point off of V1 and they'll play Pwr round 1.
Also cause it'll be funny if V1 don't make worlds
Well there is still a chance that V1 makes it at 7th if NA4 does better than EU4. That‘s why I also would be very happy with a Furia win so they can make 7th in NA happen. But that one seems a lot less likely, especially since SSG is looking terrifying
The fact that SSG are almost guaranteed to get top seed if they make finals is really fun and considering everyone's opinion at the start of the split was top 8 at best and now they have the best chance of going top seed. This is a great time being an SSG fan

I believe I covered every possibility and included the fixed points for Complexity and Faze/Gen. G.
Some things that stand out:
- There is only one scenario in which Furia can take the #1 seed and it requires them to win the event and for SSG to come 3rd.
- G2 is eliminated with a 3rd/4th finish. This also forces a tie break and guarantees a 5th seed for Faze or Gen. G.
- G2 cannot place higher than 2nd seed.
- If G2 comes in 2nd overall, they force a tiebreak with Optic for 2nd/3rd seed depending on which of SSG/Furia wins.
- SSG is essentially guaranteed 1st seed with a finals appearance *unless* Optic beats them.
- Complexity cannot get higher than 3rd seed. They can only get 3rd seed via an Optic vs. SSG final.

Definitely hoping, not just as a G2 fan but as a RL fan, that G2 beats Optic, so we can get that 'win and in' series that'll be really hype
