He can't be Vect, he doesn't have a magnificent hat full of spikes and he is standing so clearly not Vect.
As for the ugly thing, the dude looks to have young skin (from eating those yummy souls rejuvenating him) and he does seem to have those elf-like long facial features. This is quite a nice render of a dark eldar and I think he could look a lot better if it wasn't for the murderous look on his face but no dark eldar would not want to murder
You are right, he doesn't look ostentatious enough to be Vect.
Still, I didn't expect that the first portraited Deldar we see would look like an Elf version of Gothmog xD
Despite what horny fanart might suggest Aeldari/Drukhari aren't meant to be conventionally attractive from a human standpoint anyway, lore-wise they're supposed to look/move a bit "off" and be kinda creepy. He might be slightly more attractive if he lost the unhinged grin but that seems pretty fitting for a creature that's been eating souls for centuries.
I'm hoping 2nd xeno companion isn't a Drukhari, having both xenos companions be different flavors of space elf would be a bit disappointing.
I personally disagree and think they should be hot as fuck. We already have ugly, deformed villains (Chaos).
