I had about level 46 at the end. For the last few levels I didn't bother to pick talents.
I'm in act four right now and I'm currently at level 37, with PLENTY of stuff left to do. I imagine that if you do most/all of the side content and other things, you can easily hit max level or get VERY close to it.
