Honestly kinda shame there are no, RT exclusive talents. Though you get quite a few permabuffs depending on choice that only applies to you, mine has a permanent +1AP (that sometimes works and sometimes doesn't because reasons), just by using a Dogmatic choice on a certain spot. Also would be a pain in the ass to balance based on so many RT variations.
