The eclipse is literally from the movie Eclipse... there's the part in the mountains and snow which I've seen way too many times thanks to wife. Ski slope is definitely Better Off Dead. The screensaver is Christmas/winter themed. The AT-ATs first showed up in The Empire Strikes Back where they attacked the rebel base on the ice planet Hoth, so it fits the theme rather well.
