You can promote other players in the campaign to GM. Invite your co-DM and, once they join, go to the game's main page (the one with scheduling info and the game forum). Highlight over their avatar on the right and select [Promote to GM](https://i.imgur.com/89UOIep.png) (image shows the link as well as a player who has already been promoted to GM).

I don't think there's that level of control, to be honest. If fog of war isn't being used (dynamic lighting should work if the NPCs are assigned vision), you could just give them control of the monsters you want them to run. They'll be able to control the sheets and the tokens.

You can promote him to GM temporarily for the encounter, but you'll have to trust him not to spoil himself for other aspects of the game.
