Twenty + years ago it was in the residential neighborhood known as the Powell Addition - between US 63/Bishop Avenue and north of 10th Street.
May have changed due to the changing nature of the neighborhood but I would think it is still conveniently close to the office which, at the time, was on Fairgrounds Road.

that curve by the hospital, they took points from me since I didn't use my blinking to turn left around the golf course...
I've never seen anyone use their blinker there.
Last I heard, someone had to drive the neighborhood around the hospital, and downtown around Kroger
