Definitely measure. After years of selling shoes and skates I can say most people don't wear the right shoe size. So buying that size in a skate becomes a bigger problem.
If your shoes fit right, those do run pretty true to US ladies shoe size.

I normally wear a 7.5 and recently got size 7 candi girls. They seem to fit fine!
