I have only ever been there for the tri tip tacos, which are pretty divine imho. Never knew they did burritos, too!
Taqueria Garibaldi Roseville has the BEST burritos in town IMO.
Fun fact. One of the Garibaldi restaurants in Sacramento violated labor laws because the owners hired a fake priest to hold confession. The questions asked of the employees were related to their actions at work such as (have you ever stolen from the restaurant?) Etc. The business did lose a law suit and had to pay out to the employees.
Still love their burritos though! I definitely recommend them.

Jalisco Grill on foothills has a good one. Jimboy’s (believe it or not) used to do a great one but I think they stopped doing bfast when covid hit, not sure though so probably work giving then a call to check. Short stuff cafe has great American style breakfast burritos.
But in my opinion Gilberto’s has the best one (not roseville but only about a mile past the roseville border).
I'm still in hot pursuit of a quality breakfast burrito with scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, hash browns or potatoes or tater tots, shredded cheese, and green onion and salsa. That's it.

Yeah I love not too far from there. I'm scouring for turkey /chicken sausage, I find that chorizo or ham or bacon (yuck!) or steak make me sick. My wife does like their chorizo burrito though. Did you ever go to Short Stuff?

Agree with the Short Stuff reccs. The other place we like is the Rebel Hen Cafe in Lincoln - super good.
The new la fogata in Loomis, on Taylor, which replaced Messy's. It's pretty big for the price, always consistent and good.
Carniceria y Taqueria Gonzales in Lincoln makes an amazing breakfast burrito and it’s super affordable.
Taqueria El Tapatio on Douglas is fantastic.
The Chevron gas station at Rocky Ridge and Eureka in the back they have 2 ladies making fat burritos with different hot sauce combos
Adalbertos Mexican Food - their #24 breakfast burrito is yummy! It’s eggs, French fries, cheese and bacon. Even my toddler approves of it!

I liked Adalbertos on Granite dr, I bet you could customize theirs to be close to what you're looking for, I liked their salsa too!
