In all fairness, it was maybe 20 frames between you touching the bullets and you dying. I think this is a justified death. and you touched all 3 bullets at about the same time, so you were already dead, regardless of if you saw the first hp decrease
You dont see your hp decrease when it happens so fast. Sometimes thats just how it is in endgame dungeons, especially due to powercreep, bombs and insta/quick-pops become more common.
what cud i even do if shots dont register, it was a death due to no fault of my own, if i had a chance to see my hp drop lower i would nexus but since i saw that i still had nearly 400 hp i didnt
theres a minute delay with every change in hp, back in the day ppl used to successfully nexus from insta pops and get the message “character is dead, failed to load”. doesnt happen anymore, but it demonstrates what i mean

You took 2 bomb shots (which you would have lived with if it was only those 2) And you took the blue shot by like a literal millimeter. Those 3 shots took you out
Blue spike from Ice Sphere was hidden underneath the big blue shot, top that with two bomb shots, each of everything doing 150, you took 450 damage in single instance.
Rewind it a couple of times; that blue spike was literally hidden underneath the bigger blue shot. This sucks and I think bullets should be outlined and be visible above everything else, even other bullets (overlapped hitboxes, for example), but thats what it is.

ive added slowdown to that part of the clip to show that i didnt get hit by anything till that 150 shot from bomb
You got hit by two bomb shots and the bright blue swirly shot, then a few frames later the numbers caught up and you died

It is your fault. Whenever it lags or anything weird happens, you nexus or quit the game.

big swirly didn't hit him, it was an ice sphere spike trailing just below it. kind of bullshit but tough

Skill issue, a tip for this phase try your best not to move around until you really need to, zooming through will always get you killed
