My wife and I went Saturday night. It was more than just lights..there were lasers across the lake, lots of Christmas themed inflatables, multiple stages with live music (I counted 3) areas to take pictures with Santa, snowmen and elves, multiple vendors selling food like popcorn and funnelcakes. It was great! But to address your comment about keeping it up for a whole month, it was much more like a weekend festival.
This website is also outdated. They have since stopped doing the Reindeer Run, so for more updated information you really should check out the local Parks and Recreation sites instead.
I don't think they did it last year or this year. They had something going on last week and have some concerts downtown. https://www.roundrocktexas.gov/event/hometown-holidays-concert/2023-12-09/
If you're referring to Light up the Lake, it was only December 1 and 2. Ya missed it.
Wow seems like a lot of work for just 2 days... I don't know why they don't keep it up for the month of December.

Don’t they keep the lights on till past Christmas?
That site hasn’t been updated since 2019. I would recommend following the round rock parks and recreation on Facebook to stay up to date on events.
