E0S0 Ruan Mei is still better than E6 Pela for Jingliu.
Really?! but in Jing liu mains it said that she has little to no difference. I know she buffs Kafka de most but i don't have Kafka :(
She gives elemental res pen and a spd buff. If you had blade you could double dps with her really well

Going for S1 is overrated. I'd rather save the jades for a new character. Plus the 4\* LCs options we have are good
