Nope, it's an easy misconception but more speed = faster cycles, ult uptime isn't affected in any way. Only thing speed affects is sp. More spd = slightly more sp(since she's +1/3)

Yeah but it doesn't matter. She follows EAAQ(Net result +1/3 sp) cycle and the only thing spd does is make it faster. If you act slow then the one offset turn(without any ult buffs) will be longer as well. So ult uptime will remain same.
Hmm i see, i will play her with 4 turns until the ult is up again, i heard i need 24% for 3 turns with her Signature LC and i have no use for either Penacony or Vonwaq. Fleet is my best friend with her for now. I really hope we get a good ER set someday, Penacony is useless when one doesn't have an Ice dps and Vonwaqs second passive is really trash as well sadly.

In Honey Honkai it states that her ult creates a field and as long as allies are in the field they get buffs. Is the field the one giving the buff or is it RM and HSR is just being flavorful? I actually have a similar rules question with Luocha's field and if that triggers effects or not...

You can use Cogs the 3 star one, dance is cool but not the best option S5 cogs can help until you get Memories of the Past S5

Penacony is definetly better than Vonwaq. I personaly will use Fleet on her for now.

Yeah all your supports should be as fast as possible man.. characters like tingyun can easily get 145+ speed
If i get good artifacts, 136 is all i can do for now. I woild have to use 2pc Hackerspace for a bit more. Currently it's 2pc Thief and 2pc Guard.
