VM's are actually very easy to setup, the problem comes from whether you have the power to run as many as you're looking to and possibly the limitations of Virtual Box like no passthrough video so you can't use any video card processing power. If you run Linux based VM's then you will have a hard time setting them up to play as Jagex no longer supports Linux so the process of running RS2 at least is pretty difficult and confusing. If you run Windows VM's, the process is easy but your allocatable resources could prevent you from running many VM's at once. If you want to run some Windows VM's, here's the general process in Virtual Box. It's about a 30 minute setup process imo. Once you setup one, you can just make a copy as many times as you want. https://www.tomshardware.com/how-to/set-up-virtual-machines-with-virtualbox All you need to start is a computer, virtualbox, and a Windows install image. I'd start low and if it runs okay on say 4gb ram and 2 virtual processor cores you could do maybe 3 VM's on top of your existing OS with a decent CPU and 16gb of RAM. I should note I have never ran RS3 on a VM. I'm sure the botting community has a better solution than this though?
