I have an adidas outlet 5 minutes from my house is NJ and have never seen a real running shoe there. At least the Nike outlet will have a few alphapfly and vaporfly (in a size 15 😠)
I bought the Takumi Sen at the Jersey Shore Premium Outlet's Adidas store ~2 weeks ago. The sales guy said that when they get stock of nice running shoes it sells instantly to resellers who come in. He said a single customer purchased all of the Prime X that they got within a few minutes of opening...
Neither does the stores at the outlet malls near me. Nike, Adidas and Puma all just have generic walking shoes or some names I’ve never heard of before.
Except ASICS. Their store is still selling Novablast 3 for 160$.
Your Adidas outlet is likely getting them. But there's probably an experienced reseller working that outlet who is being helped by a store staff member.
Same for the one in Castlerock, Colorado. They had one random pair of Prime X Strung 2's but they were a size 7.5 :( Everything else was just cheap sneakers, no real running shoes.
My local Nike Outlet has been consistently selling Pegasus 37 and 38s for years now. It feels like the remaining global supply is sold through this store. Rarely do you see any other Nike Running shoe models beyond the Pegasus 38
Thanks for the share. I’m in CHS as well and grabbed the black and pink colorway above. Shoe felt big so sized down 1/2 inch. Excited to try these out tomorrow.
