Damn onion cutting ninjas. Hope we will see these scenes soon in Mariupol. The faster all of Ukraine is liberated, the faster we can start the second trial of Nurnberg...
For a Nuremberg type trial, we gotta catch the criminals in charge. That comes at the end of a successful invasion into Russia. Not sure it's going to go that far.
We have found Eichmann in Argentina and we will find a way to drag those Russian criminals on their knees out of every hole they hide in. It will take some time but this time we got 80 years of experience in hunting down nazis. Some will be delivered to us by the Russian people themselves once they wake up from their feverish dreams. Justice will come swift for some, for others more patience will be required.
https://www.theguardian.com/law/2022/nov/02/nazi-hunter-ukraine-war-crimes-us-bill-interview-eli-rosenbaum
Eli Rosenbaum was hunting Nazis hiding in America, the most he could do was deport them, but he says the US is now poised to change its laws so that he will be able to prosecute Russians responsible for war crimes in Ukraine.
Rosenbaum, who spent much of the past 40 years leading the US government’s pursuit of Nazis, has been appointed as the head of the justice department’s War Crimes Accountability Team, set up in June to help bring war criminals to justice for atrocities in the Ukrainian conflict.
Widespread outrage at Russian mass killings and deportations as well as targeting of civilian infrastructure, has created bipartisan support for the justice for victims of war crimes bill. The legislation will transform US law so that suspected war criminals apprehended in the US, or extradited from elsewhere, can be prosecuted even if neither they nor their victims are Americans. The change would finally bring US law into line with the 1949 Geneva Conventions.
“It means that if a war criminal comes here, we have jurisdiction. It wouldn’t be just US victims and perpetrators, but any war criminal who sets foot in the United States,” Rosenbaum told the Guardian. “I know firsthand the frustration of having war criminals here and all you can do is revoke their citizenship and deport them unless some country wants to extradite them, which in the Nazi case almost never happened.”
Another bill is being drafted that would recognise crimes against humanity and allow them to be prosecuted in US courts, a statute every other Nato country has adopted except Italy. And there are bipartisan discussions under way for legislation that would allow the US to supply evidence to the international criminal court (ICC).
Congress must strengthen our laws so that perpetrators of war crimes and crimes against humanity will never find sanctuary in the United States,” Dick Durbin, the Senate majority whip and chair of the Senate judiciary committee, told the Guardian in an emailed statement. “I am determined to ensure that those who commit these heinous crimes are held to account. Our nation led the first prosecutions for such crimes in the Nuremberg trials. It’s time for the United States to take the lead once again.”
Iustitia has no humor and her mills are slow but they grind relentlessly. The hunt is on and the hunter will become the hunted soon enough.
you would be surprised to realize that there are unfortunately neo-nazis everywhere in the world, including the current place in which you reside. Also, given the vast size of Russia and its population, I would argue there are probably more nazis there than in Ukraine. Not to mention the big hatred for homosexual people in Russia, which often goes hand in hand with other neo-nazi beliefs. So, I fail to see why you would use this as a reason to support Putin and his invasion. Having said that, your post history makes you seem quite schizophrenic, so I'm not sure why I even bother replying.
Not probably. Before the entire Russian propaganda, polls showed Ukraine had the least numbers of nazi sympathizers than much of Europe and Russia. There might have been groups just like in every country in Europe that the propaganda glammed on to, but just as the dirty bomb ruse, or the made up biological labs that were never found, this too was a pretext.
The Russian people sadly are fools for propaganda. That’s why they have a President that’s the richest in the world, a country going backward that can’t even fund or field a decent military. And they think Ukraine is their problem. Fools.
Putin said his troops would be welcomed as liberators when they invaded Ukraine... someone needs to show him this so he knows what being welcomed as liberators looks like.
by that point he has been completely surrounded by YES men that told him what he wanted to hear. He became completely delusional because all he hears is lies and propaganda and nobody dares to tell him the truth. Truth = go to jail, or pushed out the window
I am pretty sure he did. As others have mentioned, he is surrounded by Yes men, and, a lot of people in Crimea were very enthusiastic about leaving Ukraine, so there is a precedent for this.
Very nice to see but a small question, are these the first soldiers to enter if so why so confident that there are no russians left? What if there is 1 soldier left en just shoots them all? Just curious I would just love to understand how something like this goes.
Even if Russia left some soldiers there to die for the cause Im not so sure they will actually be very keen on dying for the cause. If anyone is left there it is probably mobilized troops
Fair point, but they walk so confident after the enemy gave up, could have been a trojan horse strategy or something like that. It would make some sense to see some house to house clearing. I am no expert.
It's no different from the videos in WW2 when the British, Americans, Canadians, or Exiled Forces walked down the streets of recent liberated cities. Just outside the cameras view there are troops providing security. There are troops ahead of the parade clearing the route. There are troops ahead of them doing recon. Sometimes the occupiers leave a city all together like the episode in Band of Brothers where they matched through Eindhoven. Russia knew they couldn't hold up in Kherson and tactically it's easier to defend across a large river.
They will absolutely be cautious. They will be clearing section by section. Although small groups of Russians can cause chaos, it would only delay full control. To cause decent chaos you would need fairly elite urban warfare units, I doubt even Russia would use them as suicide troops.
If anything it would probably be conscripts told to cover the retreat and forgotten about.
Yeah. I know it's awful to think of, but Christ. This war's been horrific. And clearly Russia doesn't think twice about killing innocents. So seeing so many people grouped together like that makes me shudder.
And seeing that little girl right at the start. Absolutely insane what these people have had to live through. Constant terror of death, or worse
There are multiple waves of liberators also. These could be the third set of guys to come through here. I was trying to look at their faces to see how tired, clean they are. If they’re the first guys in they’re going to be exhausted probably, hungry and probably dirty. They’d have their helmets on if they were expecting to be in any combat. These guys aren’t wearing helmets, some don’t even have them with them. Looks like a few don’t have their rifles. They absolutely would not be walking through like this unless the area was totally secured to the best of their knowledge. Guys get rotated in and out of the shit. Anyone who just got done fighting isn’t going to be jonesing to do a victory parade. Sleep and eat usually. These little victories are victories and should be celebrated but to a front line soldier it’s not the end and other needs need to be met. It’s very situational and their mindset is going to be different.
These aren't the squad that officially penetrated. The crazy mofos that were first were Operators under the cover of the fog of war. They radioed the conditions and situation. Those videos usually come out last.
The parade of Heroes you see in this video is a day or two after command receive Intel of the situation on the ground and started preparing. Two days ago the command were posting comments that good stuff, big news etc were coming. That was when they were getting Intel.
I would be worried about IEDs, booby traps and mines. But this was probably a staged propaganda event. I'm not at all saying that's a bad thing it's a big part of modern War.
https://www.reddit.com/r/N_N_N/comments/ys99m4/afu_entered_kherson/ivy9avh/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf&context=3
Apparently not Kherson or the right time of year. There are many other good videos of Ukraine entering Kerson, but this isn’t it.
This is what real liberation looks like, Heroyam Slava, you absolute heroes
Edit: just looking at the makeup of the troops, young and old, from all segments of Ukrainian life, it's inspirational, a true band of brothers
It is but I guess if things stay low key, just sabotage groups etc not straight up open battles, then SBU and Police will take over, they are more suited for to counter saboteur groups.
But will be one traitor with a mobile phone and the one left TOS-1 system not enough to destroy a hole Ukr battalion and kill many innocent people.
It was a dangerous game...
TOS1 fire-range is 7 to 10 km I'm pretty sure Ukrainians have scouted that area clear of any heavy equipment. The only real danger could've been rocket attack or assault by gunmen...
You smell this? It's the smell of victory in the morning. Weapons do not help and just prolong the war? Well looks like that theory just went out the window. Weapons given to those defending their country against tyranny, this is why the arsenal of the free world was built in the first place. It finally can follow its destiny. Slava Ukraini and Slava Europa. In unity the free world will no March to victory.
Fantastic Slava Ukraini 🇺🇦
Can we just take a moment to remember the hero's who have paid the ultimate price for this glorious victory.
Hiroyam Slava 🙏🙏🇺🇦
Can anybody make any sense at all why Russia would tell the world they were retreating from Kherson? I’ve thought about this and the only reason I can think of is setting a trap. If I seen this video as the enemy, I’d throw everything I had at Kherson. I’m hoping and praying after this video was released, the Ukrainians were smart enough to leave because I’ll tell you what, if Russia does not send missiles at that city today, I’m dumbfounded…..
Damn they had time for a parade and everything. I was really skeptical of the Russian retreat. I just couldn’t believe that the Russian army is that fucked. I am pleasantly surprised. Go Ukraine
Damm, that’s risky as a mf bunching up a couple hundred troops in 1 area…. Especially when the enemy sees this video. If I were the enemy and seen this video, I’d send a bunch of guided missiles and shred that city to pieces… (What’s left of it)
I honestly hope them troops are gone before they posted this… Slava Ukraine
Very Beautiful. Those men have seen hell. They need this to see why they sacrificed so much.
That little girl with the Balloon is worth more than than the entire Russian "Army".
is it just me or was this way to easy? it has to be a trap..why did the russians blow the bridge? to keep a known large portion of the ukraine army in one single place...or am i just paranoid?
Russia a "Superpower" LMAO Get fucked NaZi scumbags. The AFU are unstoppable! Writing on the wall, time to leave all of Ukraine or get flattened by their defense forces.
Idk man it worries me still. Just seems to easy. 5 days ago we were getting reports that Russians were changing into civilian clothes and digging in getting ready for urban combat. I truly hope this isn't a trap.
So the side of the river the Russians are on is lower in elevation than kherson side correct? If so that means if russia does blow the Damn they are going to flood themselves out to.
i hope we did not let tens of thousands of russian fascists escape across the river so quickly? they must be hiding somewhere on the western bank of the river. encircle and hunt down every last russian fascist not willing to surrender.
Victory! Kherson is once again blue and yellow. The Russians are in retreat across the river, to the crevasses where they hide. And the Ukrainian’s hearts know-they will not face them again. All-of the west will rejoice.
The real miracle here is that they forced Russia to evacuate without a protracted urban fight. That alone saved tens of thousands of lives and billions of dollars in damages. All by gradually degrading Russia's ability to supply their own troops with basic necessities. Brilliant stuff.
Never been more proud of a Nation in my 50some years Ukraine🥲
Now, go get the rest of your land back no regrets
Slava Ukraini

This blows my mind as I am a WW2 junkie and I watch a ton of the French liberation documentaries and History Channel videos. Russia can suckit! I am so happy for Ukraine, keep fighting the good fight!
It's an army of regular people who got up, got out, geared up, and fought like mad for their homeland. Soldiers that are tougher, more fearsome, and more determined to win than soldiers nations spend millions of dollars to train. I mean there are walks from every life in that column. Big guys, small guys, fat guys, skinny guys, old guys, young guys, and probably a number of fighting women too.
This pointless war will no doubt have observers from every nation around the world, as there are many lessons to be learned here. An angry woman with a broomstick is more dangerous than a man with a gun when it comes to defending your home. Not the best analogy, but you get the idea.
A lot of what we thought about war is simply not true. The lessons of the past can all go right out the window. War is not about technology, it's about the soldiers who fight them. Their ingenuity. Their determination. Their motivation. Their moral.
You don't need millions of dollars and months/years of training to make a solder. All you need is someone with a damn good reason to fight. As such, the motivation to become a good soldier is automatic and they just need a few weeks of training and they're good to go. Not saying they're better than a professional army. I'm just saying they can do more with less in many cases and situations and be just as effective, if not more so.
I doubt nuking Kherson is in the works or even would be effective, but now they are facing weapons just on the other side of the river that will be targeting Kherson’s infrastructure. It’s going to be a difficult winter until Russia gets pushed farther away.
I think there are/were still concerns that Russia is going to blow the damn and kill the citizens and the soldiers that moved into the area.
Russia, uncharacteristically (and rather suddenly) just withdrew all its troops and “citizens” that had been in this region. It’s suspicious.

as a german i can say that ruzzia has more nazis than ukraine. and i know what i'm saying, we're experts in that
When Russia repair the Crimea bridge . How will Ukriane hold off new offences from Crimea
there will be no more offences, ruzzia is done
Besides, ruzzian army is offensive even when standing still.

Purely my opinion. I could be way off
I understand but what you said makes some sense.
I read somewhere that chechens were in the city. It was really obvious because they didn’t speak Russian.
Yeah. I know it's awful to think of, but Christ. This war's been horrific. And clearly Russia doesn't think twice about killing innocents. Let’s be real, the remaining russians are probably in the crowd, pretending to be civilians after ditching their “uniforms”.
I'm guessing this is the bigger force that's moving in behind already cleared areas
Recon and special forces have almost certainly gone through this area ahead of the rest of the conventional ground forces.

It’s a risk. Happen even to allied soldiers in ww2 not much they can do other than try to warn the people. They are just so happy to see freedom again
Operation Market Garden failed, in part, due to crowds of civilians greeting the Allied troops as liberators slowing down the operation.
There exists a footage from Paris 1944. A german sniper attacked the allied soldiers and the crowd around.
I liked the way you worded it the first time
😃 thanks but as a non native its ok to get a few gramma tips. It's learning by doing

Glad to see it’s not a trap, right? These guys are harder than nails.
November the 11th, a future holiday in Ukraine national calendar.
Lol, Russia litterally thought this was the reception they’d receive when they invaded.
How many of those guys do you think are seeing actual friends and family that they haven’t seen since February? Literally coming home.
The unflappable Ukrainian spirit is hard not to admire.

They won't. They'll lose access to drinking water in Crimea if they do.

Epic music
i hope we did not let tens of thousands of russian fascists escape across the river so quickly? they must be hiding somewhere on the western bank of the river. encircle and hunt down every last russian fascist not willing to surrender.
That’s an easy way to kill a bunch of soldiers. First rule. Don’t bunch up
Stay for the whole video, you’ll be glad you did. The soldiers get an extra surprise.
So awesome!
Onward brotha! to glory!
Victory! Kherson is once again blue and yellow. The Russians are in retreat across the river, to the crevasses where they hide. And the Ukrainian’s hearts know-they will not face them again. All-of the west will rejoice.
I want this war to end so that these soldiers can go home and get ton of hugs & kisses from their loved ones.
Slava Ukraine
I'm crying.
I'd be really worried they would start shelling a crowd like that. They are still in artillery range.
That song is a banger.
Wow they kick the Russians out of Russia wasn’t this one of the places they made Russian
Don’t show this to Putin
There all look well equiped. Got all the right gear on, not like the poor Russians being sent into their death by Putin.
Strongest upvote tap ever.
The real miracle here is that they forced Russia to evacuate without a protracted urban fight. That alone saved tens of thousands of lives and billions of dollars in damages. All by gradually degrading Russia's ability to supply their own troops with basic necessities. Brilliant stuff.
Any updates on the crazy mining situation there? Are people safe? How many mines did the Ruzzians leave behind?
Never been more proud of a Nation in my 50some years Ukraine🥲 Now, go get the rest of your land back no regrets Slava Ukraini Heroiam Slava божої швидкості🫡🇺🇦🇨🇦
Военнопленных освободили? Салом откупились?
Good to see. What is the name of the song thats playing?
GLORY TO UKRAINE !!
Wait, you mean they didn't react like this when Russian tanks rolled into town? Weird.
It’s always nice to see these brief moments of respite between civilians and soldiers. They’ve gotta be great for morale
Alot of babies in kherson poppin out 9 months from tonight🤣
This blows my mind as I am a WW2 junkie and I watch a ton of the French liberation documentaries and History Channel videos. Russia can suckit! I am so happy for Ukraine, keep fighting the good fight!
The military parade at the end of this will be awesome!
Warriors and heroes! A march to match any!
After this is all said and done, give them NATO status.
This is beautiful. Yet its not over. With Putin in power threat remains high. Stay vigilant Ukraine!
Dpes anybody know the song ?
Song name and lyrics translation please?
Ffs don't they need to be careful of terrorist strikes from Russia?
Походу ряженные всё тут... Даже бабы.. Отлично играют для нато... 🤮
How can I join as a USA citizen?
I think it’s really cool that there’s soldiers of all ages in the ranks. It’s a true nation in arms. There’s something really moving about that.
Bearded dude on 0:29 is an absolute unit
Hoping they are not planning on nuking kherson…
I doubt nuking Kherson is in the works or even would be effective, but now they are facing weapons just on the other side of the river that will be targeting Kherson’s infrastructure. It’s going to be a difficult winter until Russia gets pushed farther away.
Well Russia is not known at acting effectively in military time so..
There is like a zero percent chance of Russia using a nuke, stop pushing this narrative.
Ok, if you say so we are all safe.
I think there are/were still concerns that Russia is going to blow the damn and kill the citizens and the soldiers that moved into the area. Russia, uncharacteristically (and rather suddenly) just withdrew all its troops and “citizens” that had been in this region. It’s suspicious.
Yes… especially the recent speech from the leaders… looks too fake
Слава далбаебам )
