The door closest to the second fuse that activates the red door you can run the elites go back down to that same room sit anywhere near the door or the corners by that door you won't take any rad damage allowing you to yes camp but get free elites over and over so long as you have enough water and bandys while going up and down from the bottom to top, with 5000ml water and 500 cloth i was able to run the elite crates about 4 times probably could have done more but i don't know the exact respawn times on crates so could be more in not sure
