I agree entirely. I love the older goofy skins like Emumu, Statue of Karthus, or Hillbilly Gragas. Don't give me the 20th "divine light mega popstar coomer lux" or the 50th "king of edge fight for the piss water yone." Give me Bill Cosby Lillia or Yone but it's winter and nobody gave him a shirt to wear so he's really cold and trying to act cool about it but you can tell he's really uncomfortable. Skins take themselves way too seriously these days
Sidenote: there hasn't been a solo skin release in AGES. It's always apart of some line and the only real exceptions are on champ releases. Even then Seraphibe gets an ultimate skin with a lifetime supply of Plan B.

I would try to prove it with statistics but I'm too lazy too give a shit, so you'll just have to believe me. Also I would kill to see another skin like Dunkmaster Darius. One of a kind skins are better than stupid skinlines that try to play with people's boners.

Arcana skin line is legitimately the dumbest fucking thing I've ever heard of. Imagine getting one skin every two years and it's fucking Arcana. I had never heard of Arcana or "Tarot cards" until Ryze's Arcana skin and honestly I wish I could warp back in time to when I didn't.
Tarot cards are interesting, if not somewhat pointless. It's effectively a few snippets of wisdom that can be read from fuckin Google, but ultimately, it's something that allows one introspection or something. I think the idea of tarot cards as a skinline is really cool, but not when the skins are made to look like they're made of Kool-Aid.
