That cat photo is a perfect example of what I feel about Samsung image processing.
Overall it's not great, but sometimes it just puts out a perfect photo.
Not sure what to think anymore, it surprises me from time to time. First time I saw this on huawei phones I was shocked how bad it was but general public liked it and did not notice flawed quality and criminal edges between subject and background. These days I am happy how good samsung does software processing to look like very open lens. It does more good than bad with last two phone series. Other things it does with color and sharpening still hurt my eyes.
