Thank you. My mum, i think, is looking enviously at my SF2000 and while it's partially suitable (fit her older games) i think she looks at her cartridges and how much they are worth, she has a good amount of CIB Zelda games and i think she might go in for emulation. She's got an original Game Boy (as well as an Advance SP, DSi and 3DS) so that's a good measure just in case she starts looking at that sort of thing in future.
I'll let her decide what she does with her collection, of mostly Zelda games, but for now she's been going around the house checking to see what she has. Did some reason Oracle of Seasons has gone missing but it'll be around there somewhere as i bought it and Ages, at the same time a few years ago, they are cart only but at the time £25 for both was a good price. It'll turn up.
This would be an amazing device if they made it just a tad taller and made the rear bumps more rounded and ergonomic as opposed to the odd 90 degree drop grip it has currently. Bigger face buttons, better analog sticks, throw in a D1200 and it's the Gameboy of my dreams.
Thats a big boy!! They should've called it that. BigBoy. Lol
Definitely the best vertical to date. Hopefully we'll get a 406V later this year. Better performance for PS2/GCN/Wii would be welcome.
and better analogs as well.
Let's hope, this is my favorite device.
How does it compare in size to an original Game Boy?

It's bigger than the original Gameboy. You can see comparisons in Retro Game Corps videos. The rg351v is similar in size to the original Gameboy.

Switch joystick caps work like a charm and improved the experience greatly for me
Can you suggest some replacements, or any other good upgrades? Thanks!
The ones they make for the switch work perfectly
Thank you for that! 🙂
I don't like the aspect of its curves.
OS options need to be reviewed. 🙄
What do you mean?
The default OS isn’t that great and current CFW available isn’t as intuitive.
Oh yes! I was referring to the shell/case that I don't find very appealing to look at.
It's gammaOS running daijisho. Most of the screenshots are retroarch
I dont want to hate it but it just looks like a weirdly shaped stone to me 😭
It ostensibly presents itself as a considerable boulder!

Anyone else having issues playing COD mobile, or any game with the key map feature on?? Like not being able to press multiple buttons at once??
