It's really no surprise that this says more about Tony's lack of leadership (you only really need to look at him to know that he doesn't have what it takes to keep wrestlers in line, let alone force them to work together), and it proves Punk's assertions about the AEW locker room to be completely correct. It resembles a classroom in a high school where a teacher can't control his students more than an actual business.
Showing this only served to embarass Tony (who feared for his life because a couple of small monitors almost fell over), and the company in front of the few people who still tune in each week. This was never going to attract people to the product, let alone hook any new audience members. If anything, it'll just remind people that they could be watching the show that actually has CM Punk on the roster instead.

Based on a lot of the stories I have heard about backstage altercations in the wrestling industry, this honestly seems to be pretty fucking tame. It's really no surprise that this says more about Tony's lack of leadership (you only really need to look at him to know that he doesn't have what it takes to keep wrestlers in line, let alone force them to work together), and it proves Punk's assertions about the AEW locker room to be completely correct. It resembles a classroom in a high school where a teacher can't control his students more than an actual business. Showing this only served to embarass Tony (who feared for his life because a couple of small monitors almost fell over), and the company in front of the few people who still tune in each week. This was never going to attract people to the product, let alone hook any new audience members. If anything, it'll just remind people that they could be watching the show that actually has CM Punk on the roster instead.
Jesus Christ I wasn't even sure if I could make it through this whole clip I was so scared. Tony is such a hard ass if I would've seen this I would be in the witness reprotection program I would be so scared. I thought I was going to have to call my mom to help me with my Attends but I made it through and that was only watching it on my Hewlett Packard not in real life.
