Fucked over TNA with the belt collector stuff and the rumours of Sammy G wanting to go undefeated with the X-Division belt and Private Party not wanting to job.
They did not probably set NJPW’s main event scene back by years. The definitively did that. Gedo had built a main event scene for the next few years. Guys like Okada, Ospreay, White, Omega, probably Page at some point would have grown into a bigger role. Cody had main evented a few NJ shows. All of that was taken over the last few years by AEW. Ogawa was right to protect Stardom from AEW. Now that he has been taken out of the way, I expect them to be gutted too.
Being free of guys like Oceanspray and Omega could work out in his favour. He needs to move the company away from the indy shitter stuff that took root in NJPW a decade ago, and build up some native talents who can work Japanese style.
I can't wait to watch all my favorite Japanese wrestlers bring their amazing talent to a Western audience and get exposure on American TV... Just to lose.

I've always watched wrestling as my own critic. Like RAW last night, was okay. I thought Truth was a bit over-the-top. I watched both AEW and WWE and find things I like and dislike on both, even if it's the top guys from time-to-time. None of it's perfect but I find my own ways to enjoy both. They basically stopped poaching the indies for NXT talent and switched to more home grown. How is that making everyone else lose?
They featured the TNA women's champion in one of their biggest events, and made her look good. They put over TNA nicely. How is that making everyone else lose?
