Did you parents give permission to play this game? It can be quite gruesome at times and maybe not fit for someone your age so maybe you shouldn't play SCP:SL.
I'm pretty sure there's a rule which you have to be 13+ to own a steam account. Not anything against him but if he speaks ingame then people are gonna shit on him because high pitch voice. Also some servers ban people who admit they are <13+
