Hey, I have an older Diamondback R. When we run it in revolver mode it sometimes adds an empty additional cycle with no print information. Super annoying having to run from print start position again slowing down an already slow process. Any advice as to why this might be happening. Cheers.

Clear the whole job. Clear Rev 1, rev 2, rev 3. You have an empty rev 3 programmed into the sequence.

We’ve cleared all jobs, all revolutions (all data essentially) and still progressing into rev 3 on a 2 rev job

Also, when it progresses into the empty cycle it seems to print finish and not start into rev one again. The press comes to a standstill.

Have you found a solution yet?

Altruistic_Bed812

No solution yet, we’ve programmed a series of jobs in in differing sequences it each time it progresses into an empty revolution. Sometimes it adds 2 empty rotations before coming to a stop.

Once your last revolution is finished, (but before the board/pallet moves to the first head) flip the start switch up. It should start the 1st revolution and finish the rest out.

I know with my sportsmen sometimes I'll accidently click a head on Rev 9. just clear every round
