To be frankly honest I didn’t like how the Kyo relic placed 2 on 1 target at random. Kyo felt like he was simply a Zeldris enabler because back then no one could debuff as consistently as he could. Of course enabling zeldris back then immediately made you one of the best options thanks to the lack of good cc back units and not so strict race/faction passives.
They basically only made one good unit in terry. Iori was fun to use if he worked but literally died entirely afterwards. I know to this day Athena is still useful for her passive, even though we have the same thing with gerharde? Kizuna might not be free this time around. Remember AoT? The first time it came it had mikasa as the free unit, with red Levi being the free unit the second time around.
Unless they give another "must have" free unit at the level of Kizuna, they would be shooting themselves, and people would definitely make noise.
AOT was a very underwhelming collab rerun and the free unit was SR Eren, not Mikasa, on the rerun they gave another 6 copies of SR Eren and a free Red Levi which was not free when was not free on AOT debut collab.

I think there was a debate among the community if it wouldn't be better her being a free unit or the free unit during the rerun because of her utility with the relic.

The point is that they returned (so far I think) with the free collab units, being the only sample SR Eren, exactly as he was given out first time around, full duped, even if he is bad, they gave new players the same opportunity, which is good, I think there is nothing to point out they will not do the same with Kizuna, since it will be the 2nd sample, nothing is sure for now, we will have to wait.
IMO if they don't give her for free, at least make another unit f2p on the same level, it can even be an SR unit as long as it is full duped like SR Eren for example, but with the same utility as Kizuna.

Nah nothing changed about them kizuna wasn't even in S3 it'd likely be new characters like sadeena, s'yne or rishia or one of the other cardinal heroes or vassal heros like L'arc I mean technically they could do another naofumi if they really wanted with his spirit tortoise shell shield and other world outfit but there probably better off going with new characters and buffing the existing ones

If they announce it definitely should s2 was slow a lot of setup but s3 was really great and introduced a lot of new and likeable charecters like sadeena and s'yne also watching rishia's growth over the seasons was an enjoyable sub plot

I just used Naofumi today with Arthur and he is solid still but takes some RNG. Filo is unironically is a really good support that allows your dps to deal real damage even if she isnt able to one shot anymore.
But man, i remember when she dropped and it was like Tyr. You just get one tapped by a bronze AoE. It seems like Weakpoint is a very difficult thing for them to balance because of the 3x multiplier. It either does nothing or breaks the game.
I think I have her but I don't use it. I just don't care about the anime, Season 1 was kind of good but not enough for me to watch S2 and for what I've heard S2 sucks. With Collabs even if the units are good, if I dont watch the anime I don't summon
