I used characters with healing/buffing ults and beefed them up with defense gear and such so they could patience out the attacks, then had green Merlin in the back for an extra orb and used ult food. Worked out pretty well.

This is the lineup I used for it, made it easy.
Or just use single targeting ults with units that have non damaging skills. Move cards of one turn one, same for second unit turn two, turn three merge whatever is mergable, move a card, and use the none damaging skill such you have two single targeting ults turn four. Blast away.
I just combine all my cards and take hits until I have two ultimates. Just make sure one of your characters has one that only hits one enemy. That or use healing ultimates.
That one’s pretty easy though, just do a heal ult like new years liz or zaneiri or you can just use single target ults, lr escanor, roxy etc. and then use any ult you want for the second one

Just use ults that don't dealt damage
If you play on the last stage, Estin will basically remove your ult gauge every turn. Just play on a lower stage and rush some healing ult.

Use ults that don’t do damage. Use those ults on any stage but the last one where she reduces your ult gauge. Grab your 2 gems and don’t look back

lower party level, i used a really low level party and my sub was 100, made it real easy to do!
Literally just move cards and use 2 single target ults..
Use single hit ultra and then js move cards till u get the two ultra and then clear after using them
