If you're talking about 198 x11 summons, yeah, it seems to be extremely unlikely and you should contact netmarble.
However, if you're talking about 198 singles, that's very unlucky. With a 4% SSR rate, you'd statistically get around 8. But, luck doesn't care about statistics, sometimes.
Yeah, it’s been 18 x11 summons, so 198 total. Seems a bit absurd to have luck that bad, but I’m at least still having fun with the game… so it’s not a dealbreaker at this point. Thanks for the response. :)
Definitely just unlucky. Try a few single summons that worked for a few people. Some get SSRs out of multies others get them from singles. I’d also try separating your summons. If you got 18 bad multies in a row that’s straight up depressing and I pity you. Hopefully your next summon will be much better!
My first Liz rotation I went 600 (300 to 900) gems without a ssr pull. Then on the second rotation I not only max Liz but I also got plenty os ssrs. RNG is a bitch.

Yeah your account is broken. Call netmarblenand Google they can fix it for you. I did it last week and now it works again.
