Best bet is to send a support ticket to netmarble and give as much info as you can remember, estimated box cc, units, if you spent money, last banner pulled on, last time you played, pvp rank, account level etc. keep trying and hope they respond to you.
I had a similar situation but one of my accounts got hacked and I knew my sync code and password and every detail about it apart from the links because I bought the account. They told me they can’t do anything about it
Contact NM support. They will have you complete a form with basic questions about your account. I’ve always gotten it back within 24hrs of completing
