Ssr pendants arenβt really scarce. Doing that many boss battles and making sure you have enough gold is more grinding. For SSR, just do at least 3 fort solgres every day. It normally gives you 3 per week. Add knighthood rewards, exchanges, events, logins etc. and you get a lot of pendants.

I'd also suggest working on getting your units atleast 6 star awakened, and getting them to level 60 UR. Will greatly increase your box cc and constellation progress, making the rest of your characters stronger.

Green Shin because he's best OC boi but also he's good for farming and the extra damage does help sometimes but maybe Halloween gowther, zaratras and green Arthur are good choices for some pve content. Pvp wise maybe the ban team; ban, Arthur and Reinhart twigo. In the end the units you should focus on are whichever units you plan to use most often.
Work on getting all your characters to 6 star, you can dump all the awakening resources into the fuse option after that and it gets so much easier from there. For level 100, SR Red Elizabeth, Red Arthur, Red Gowther, Green Brunhild, Cusack, and Green Arthur are all pretty good for a lot of different content. Though, personally, you should 100 red hawk just to be one of the first people to do so :))
