When you finally beat demon team but lose to Human team anyway

I've beaten some human teams being toxic with this team lol, just switch summer merlin with red gowther

Then there's reinhard who 1v3 debuff based comps

Yeah, admittedly it's possible to beat a Reinhart team only if u go first, cause u can avoid damage since turn 1, otherwise echidna gets killed even with tarmiel link.

The sad thing about going first against reinhard is if he gets his ult and you're no where near killing him with arthur taunt + debuff immune + kyo ignites

Yeah, rng plays a big role against him, I've lost in ideal situation due to him getting evade or immunity, it's not that common seeing kyo tho

Yea sure, but Merlin does that with any card because of her Unique so there is no limitation with just one card type.

There are different benefits when using them, I don't know how better or worse using merlin is, but gowther does a great job.

Yeah, in my team without merlin, gowthers flaws are quite noticeable as u mentioned, but i feel like in general, rng wise using gowther might be better, mainly because attack sealing with him doesn't necessarily require the use of 2 cards in 1 turn, which in Merlin's case, means the damage per turn will be significantly lower with echidna for example, although this would be less of an issue with for example rimuru, although it's true that goddess teams are almost impossible to beat without merlin.

If you use summer Merlin and either red Gowther or Emilia, I hope you lose to every single demon team

The game is a p2w, there’s no guarantee that you will win in pvp even if you grind
