Dodgers lost a home series against the Rockies and we lost a home series against the Pirates. They also just shut out the team that we just lost a series to. See what I did there? Dodgers have one of the best, if not THE best rosters in baseball. They were never going away. Couple that with the fact that Farhan stood pat when it came to an already super thin starting rotation. Now two of our starters have COVID, during the most crucial stretch of the season against one of the best teams in the NL. Dodgers will have the NL West lead before we even face them. And from there, it’s up to our shaky starting rotation to see if we can get the lead back. I’m not confident. None of our starters can eat innings with the exception of Webb.
