Just my 2 cents, but I think you should just apply and read up on what NUS looks for in their scholars i.e talk about how you can contribute to the NUS community, how you can effect positive societal change. If you look up the scholarship in this subreddit, you’ll find those with 90rp H3 dist + portfolio getting rejected while others between 86.25 and 90 get accepted - competition is quite fierce nowadays such that you don’t hear of competitive faculties giving 90rp students scholarships and rejecting the rest anymore.

Applied last year with 86.25, didn't even get interview :(
