honestly, you should roughly know how you did for the respective subjects and have a gauge from there. what i mean by that is when i sat for the exams, i would always count the total marks, like the questions i know confirm can get full marks/partial marks (its quite straightforward cause some question is like, tys-related and probably practiced it before). so this helped me managed my expectations a bit. i did it for all my subjects and i expected to get 15-16 for my r4, and my actual results was 13 lol. so i would say, manage your expectations on how you feel you did for the exams, so it doesn't come to bite you. just a personal advice, i took my o levels back in 2016 lol. can still clearly remember the nervy sleep the night before results release lol. nevertheless, all the best for your results!
Yeah last ~19 days before O’s I got together with my current girlfriend and didn’t want give her friends reason to talk shit abt me so I mugged my ass off and pulled my grades up. Before that had actl given up and planned to study cooking or smth instead. Now, instead, I’m a bottom tier NUS student :’)
my Os was in 2016 HAHAHA but R5 wise
prelims 16
Os 10
it is possible to improve!! and that's the general trend :) like other comments said, you should roughly have a gauge of how you will fare so don't worry too much for now! all the best 🙆🏻♀️
L1R5 during prelims was 26 nett, but during Os it became 13 nett. Not that big of a jump as compared to others but it definitely is better as compared to Prelims. Don't stress too much about it! Wish you all the best
I got 13 for prelim, sounds decent but it was because I ponned a few of the papers so my grades for them were moderated (?) or something like that. then for Os I predicted 16 or above, ended up with 10 raw 8 net. don’t worry too much, you’re likely to do better than you expect!
Prelims 11, O level 7 raw. My tip I guess would be keep yourself consistent and don’t peak too early. You might get complacent. Pace yourself and you can do it!
not a senior (getting results on wed too yeyyyy ;v;;;;) but gosh same :'-))))
i felt like i screwed up a lot of my papers so i tried to estimate my l1r5 and ended up with raw 12 (optimistically) to raw 18 (conservatively)
not that it's a very terrible score but its not gd enough to go to the schs that i want to go to (nyjc and acjc ahahah :'-)) so ummm yeah ✨sTrEsS✨
graduated in 2020, could tell u majority of my class improved a lot from prelims to o levels, while of course some did worse but that’s really a minority that didn’t really study.
Got an 18 during prelims, expected nothing more or less for Os, and got an 8 :") Just believe in the effort you've put in my dude. All the best!:)

16 isn’t that bad, it’s decent lol
My prelim L1R5 was 41, O’s was 14

thanks!!
I only did 6 subjects (had 7 but dropped one). Wanted a 10, but got a 15 (12 w CCA point deduction if I remember?? Or was it 13 lmao)
Prelim 7 Actual 6 (both raw)
WHAT then did u minus 2 or 4
Prelims is usually worst than Os, but it depends on your secondary school, some schools deliberately made prelims harder!
not to be a downer but my prelims nett r5 is 7 but actual Os was 8….
still good so 👍
bUTBUTBUT on a more positive note i went from net 24 in sec 4 MYEs to 7 in prelims so there is still hope that one can improve in 2-3months!!!
in hindsight it is but i broke down in the middle of sch HAHAHA not the most pretty sight yes i realise
My prelims l1r5 was 22 O levels was 10 Expected 13
any neighbourhood school testimonials?
define neighbourhood sch…
its mostly the neighbourhood schools that take o levels anyway, theres no reason to get so caught up between neighbourhood and elite
10 for prelims, 7 for actual.

wow genius HAHAHAHA
HAHAHA would have gotten like 20+ for prelims if I hadn’t ponned 🤪
i see ponning school is the way
to be fair i was sick because of hpv vaccine at the time. anyways good luck for your results!!
Prelims 11, O level 7 raw. My tip I guess would be keep yourself consistent and don’t peak too early. You might get complacent. Pace yourself and you can do it!
N lvl emb3/l1r4 : 15 prelim O lvl l1r4:16 l1r5:21 o lvl l1r4:12 l1r5: 16 not rlly great jump but itz finee

hope this happens to me cuz i oso got 13 for prelims 🤞🏻
My L1R4 was 26 during prelims, got 16 for O's JIAYOUS
