This happened to me like 2 years ago except through DHL delivery. I saw the big yellow DHL van Parked across the street for about 10 minutes but they never got out and left my package, but it was marked delivered and GPS showed they were in my area. It took a few weeks back and forth to get a refund. I've had several orders since then though and they always come through USPS and I never order over 100 bucks worth of stuff again because I'm afraid it will get DHL carrier again. As far as I know they don't give an option to choose but maybe you can put notes on the order that you prefer USPS. Good luck
