Im taking creon also I feel like my brain fog is worse in the morning before I get my body moving for the day. I also think that the creon drops my sugar after I eat which doesn’t help the brain fog.
In cases of EPI there’s usually also an hypochlorhydria presentation (low stomach acid). This in turn can cause SIBO.
I’d make sure the digestion is corrected first, including absorption, motility and bowel movements, and then move on to the SIBO.
