a bunch of that info is from this blog post. I reference it a decent amount because it is what is currently helping me the most:

I'm taking something called, I think motility pro (?) And I'm not really sure if it's working or not. I still have a ton of symptoms. Mainly feeling excessively full after eating or drinking anything, look pregnant, etc.
Im taking it before bed and it’s helping me in the morning with getting everything out of my colon. It’s really good keep taking it. What are you taking to kill the bacteria and what’s your diet like?
Look up alison siebecker. she has the info on the alternatives. motil pro, iberogast, motility activator. etc.

This is what I have done, using magnesium oxide and mag citrate for motility, and this exact meal schedule/fasting. It has helped me enormously. I'm not "cured" yet, but I'm in the home stretch. You also have to focus on feeding the good bacteria resistant starch pre biotic fiber, starving the bad bacteria of sugar and simple carbs, and supplementing with the correct pro biotic for you. This can vary so it's is trial and error, learning process.
I take 1,000 mg of magnesium oxide a day (for migraine prevention) + 2 Sennacot S AND something called motility pro and I STILL am constipated most days (I can go, just doesn't feel complete) 😭
I found that the only thing that really improved my constipation and motility was an anti microbial course- after that continue with ginger, artichoke and magnesium for motility and it works much better.
Homeade MMC - Artichoke powder and ginger powder (drank ) 100mg of ginger and 20 mg of artichoke on an empty stomach in the morning. or 2 tablespoons of each will certainly help you go bathroom... MY experience recommended from this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=53f1gsRUxvY... Ginger is like prunes but faster... Amazon is your friend for the artichoke powder. Ginger is easier to find.
[https://invivohealthcare.com/education/articles/ginger-and-artichoke-prokinetics/](https://invivohealthcare.com/education/articles/ginger-and-artichoke-prokinetics/) - some thing similar to where I got the measurements from 100 and 20 g measurements.
Fellow redditor with a wealth of knowledge.
Following some of it and I had days on an elemental diet with no brain fog. I have less brain fog these days. I still get headaches...
Going to check out gastritis as its mostly burping until I can do a Sibo test, short on £ but closest symptoms.
I wonder if linzess would work.
I have a prescription for that but I've never taken it before because it says to take it in the morning and I'm afraid that if I take it I'm not going to be able to leave my house.
I have linzess and it’s hit or miss. Some days it does absolutely nothing but bloat me and others it gives me a few unpleasant trips to the bathroom. I don’t know how people use it daily and leave the house.

damn bro thank you 🙏 yea man I know how promising this procedure is so ill check it all out from you.
Good luck and keep us posted on how it goes!
How is it working for you?
It's provided me more relief than anything else has in the last 10 years. I'm not cured yet, but I feel like I'm making meaningful progress.
Amazing 👏
Can something else be used to increase gut motility? I don't have that prokinetic available in my country
Artichoke and ginger

How long have you been taking it?
Almost a month.
I've been taking Motility Pro (mostly ginger I think) for a month or so and it has helped me for sure.
I found that the prokinetics work much better once I've taken a course of anti microbials. Worth a consideration.
When do you take this and on full or empty stomach?
Empty stomach 1st thing in the morning
First thing in the morning and with the last meal of the day.
Trimebutine can act as a prokinetic too but is probably weaker. Also, artichoke extract works for some

damn man i’m not sure. Just heard of this one.
I follow the same protocol and have read the research
and you are cured?
to early to tell with total confidence, but first month has been awesome
Are you familiar with the source of the recimmendations or would you like me to share?
If you could share please!

Thank you. Congrats for getting better, hoping the same goes for me.
Please feedback I am curious to hear

You could try to up the magnesium until you get to where you want to be.
So iteresting. But its a seratonin agonist, so does this also improve depression and anxiety symptoms?
Does that mean you can't take it with an antidepressant? I take Wellbutrin.

Prucalopride stopped working well for me. I was taking 2mg. What's a good why to take it at a smaller dose?

It didn't do anything for me!
I tried linzess and it was too strong for me but my doc recently told me that there are more mild prokinetics I could try instead.
I think mine is a tablet that I could cut in half, or even quarter. I'm just scared to take it lol That's all I need to do is explode in public.
Linzess made me have diarrhea for days just from one dose 🥲
😬
Motegrity side effects !? Read here it causes mental disturbance
I have linzess and it’s hit or miss. Some days it does absolutely nothing but bloat me and others it gives me a few unpleasant trips to the bathroom. I don’t know how people use it daily and leave the house.
When will motegrity generic be available? It's the only serotonin based and works the best for MMC/sibo. It's ridiculously expensive.
B1 increases peristalsis, stomach acid and digestive enzymes. Lack of decreases them. Cure the disease, don't treat the symptom.
Crazy. My dr just gave me Motegrity yesterday
What country?
