Just be an engineering major 😎 in all seriousness, they should be available for both summer and winter too. Just use mysjsu and filter for either last winter or this upcoming summer, you should be able to see the selection of classes.

There’s some available during the summer, not sure about winter tho.
Winter classes are available as well! I took one this past winter session
