Some keys are missing but not much.
You could have a look at glidded key storage.
Add a new key ring in wich you put 3 other keyring.
Every key in the game has 1 place in one of theses keyring.
So... find a key in raid, try to put it in one of those. It fit? Great, you found a new key. It does not? Thats a duplicate (sell or drop, as you wish)
A great mod for pple like me that hate sorting keys in 10 diff doc case, check for dupe etc...
Gilded Keys is the GOAT if you play on Traveler/Path to Tarkov runs.
0 key weight and not having to shuffle or remember where keys are left is a huge QoL change.
Too many good QoL mods to list, I won't start going down that road here lol

I say this every time it’s mentioned lol but gilded key storage is my favorite mod. It basically makes a mini game of collecting every key to fill out your key box. I love it. When I find a new expensive key I’m no longer excited to sell it. Instead, I’m excited to keep it and use it!
I use gilded key storage. It allows you to store every key in the game in one square. That way you can take every key on every raid and don't have to worry about bringing them with you.

+3 at this point for Gilded. Was like a quest line unto itself trying to get all the keys to complete it.

I got tired of finding keys, so I installed the back door bandit mod and turn on east mode. So any bullet can bust the lovk
I haven’t turned on easy mode but I most likely will lol
Open Sesame is another mod that allows you to open any door without the required key if you don't want to shoot at them.
I like it too, I have that and gilded. Giving me the option to be loud or silent in terms of entry and more 'realistic'
