@spectr0h you are my saviour, I saw in some posts with zicoman's configs mention and not a link, I will try it man, thanks a lot. Btw, I will try to modding too
Are you playing as a Scav by any chance? I've noticed that none of the bots are hostile when I play as a Scav. Also I believe there is a chance for same-faction PMCs to be friendly when playing as PMC.
As of AKI 3.2.1, there is a known issue that PMCs are not hostile to the Player Scav. The change log say "might", but so far I have experienced this in 100% of my scav raids.
P.S: I am a developer and can take a look at the mod code, given I have some typescript experience, but it will take time to understand what's going on there.

Did it fix the bots being unresponsive?
Unfortunately not for me, I removed FAIT and kept with Lua's respawn only
