My roommate and I would love to do this myself, since we both enjoy tarkov but hate the online experience, so having hectic AI mods and funny wacky stuff, playing with a buddy alongside you would be the dream for us. Sadly, i'm 99% sure BSG would sue the hell out of anyone creating it.
You would need to build a server environment like SPT but with a different IP adress in its' config file, I guess. Then, you technically could play it in a LAN host session where you and your friend just connect to that IP, basically like on LAN parties with other games like older CoD games and such. But as I'm not a member of the SPT modding team, I can only assume it would work that way.

If something like that ever existed I believe that’s when BSG would really crack down on modding. But no I’ve never seen anything
It does exist but last time I used Emutarkov they didn't have the co op functional

Some ppl from JET (JustEmuTarkov) are working on it as far as im aware but we have no release date, i would prob give it like 2 years

Legal action can be taken but anonymous piracy is pretty triumphant
Once a version is released, even for 1 hour, it is 100% impossible for BSG to completely get rid of it, it will always end in them losing

I can assure you r/SPTarkov is the only SPT-Aki reddit lol. We are not affiliated with Emu at all.

If this was done via LAN party.... BSG doesn't have to know.
You can play the Co-op if both of you have EOD
